The Nick does not provide childcare or general supervision of children using the facility, and parents/caregivers remain responsible except where a child has been formally checked into a supervised program.

Age 0-7: Must remain under direct supervision of a parent/caregiver. Caregivers should be in the same activity area and able to respond immediately.

Age 8-11: Parent/caregiver must remain inside the facility, but does not necessarily need to participate in the same activity. Child may independently use approved areas, subject to area-specific rules.

Age 12-15: May use designated recreational areas without a parent in the building, provided the youth has been properly checked in and follows facility rules.

Age 16+: Generally independent facility access, although some activities could still have specific age restrictions.
